Join us on Friday evening, October 26th when we collaborate with George Washington University in collectively dispelling the myths and misconceptions of FGM, a film trailer, In the Name of Your Daughter, a silent auction, and presentation of nominations and awards. Then on Saturday, October 2th, Joanna Vergoth, a licensed psychotherapist of 15 years, specializing in trauma is one of our distinguished speakers at the 5K Walk. She has committed her service to assisting FGM survivors in their psychological healing. Won’t you join us?

Friday Itinerary: Red Carpet arrival at 6:00pm; Global Woman Awards, Film Trailer, Dispelling FGM Myths, and Silent Auction.
Saturday Itinerary: Assemble at 11:00am; pre-walk program at 12:00noon; 5K Walk starts at 1:30pm.
